• Managers Maintenance - Degree in Mech / Elec. With 18 yrs exp. in Refinery Maintenance operations in Oil & Gas field.
• Mechanical Engineers - Degree in Mechanical engg. with 05 yrs. exp.
• Process Control Engineers - Degree in engineering with 08 yrs exp. in Refining production operation & processes
• Senior Process Engineers - Degree in Chemical with 08 yrs exp in Refining production operation & processes
• Area Process Engineers - Degree in Chemical with 02 yrs exp. in refining production operations & processes
• Electrical & Instrument Engineers - Degree in Intrumt./ Elec. / Mech. With 05 of exp. in refining production & processes.

• Engineers (Electrical / Instrument / DCS / Contracts / Cost) - Deg. with 5 yrs. exp. in Start-up & Maintenance of Refineries.
• Contracts Experts - Deg. with 5 yrs. exp. in Refineries Maint. Contracts Mngt.
• ISBL Shift Supervisors / Lead Operators / Leader Operators - Diploma in Chemical / Process with 4 yrs. above exp. in a Tank farm operations, Panel Control & Refining Operations.
• Inspection Supervisors - Degree in mechanical and 8 yrs. exp. in refining inspections, familiar with NDT, AWS, CSWIP, SAP.
• Supervisors (Electrical / Instrument / Rotating Eqpt. / Mechanical / E & I) - Diploma with 8 years experience in start-up and maintenance of Refineries.
• Shift Supervisors - Diploma in any discipline with 08 yrs of exp. in oil & gas field
• Construction Supervisors - Degree in Civil/ Mech. with 04 yrs in construction oil & gas projects
• Material Coordinators - Diploma in Engineering with 2 yrs exp. in Refining production operation & processes
• Draftsmen (Multi Discipline) - Strong Knowledge of Autocad PROCESS, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil Structural design principles.
• Contract Administrators - Diploma in engineering with 4 yrs in oil & gas field
• Boardmen - Diploma in engineering with 04 yrs exp. in oil & gas field.
• Partnership Facilitators: Deg/ Dip with 5 yrs in start-up & maint. of Refineries.
• OSBL Leader Operators / Field Operators: Diploma in Chemical / Process with 4 yrs. above exp. in Equipment Operations & refining Operations.
• Laboratory Optrs. - Dip. with 03 yrs testing exp. in oil & gas petrochemical lab
• Technicians (Electrical / Instrument / Rotating Eqpt./ Mechanical / PCS) - Diploma with 5 years experience in star-up & maintenance of Refineries.
