* Understanding the client’s mandates and formulating the strategy to headhunt or source the candidates from various resources.
* Interviewing the candidates against the specific mandates and build a healthy pipeline for the client. Take the complete responsibility till the closure and the joining of the candidate.
* Meeting deadlines set by the Team Leader in meeting targets and closing the given mandates.
* Keeping track of the industry and regularly mapping the market.
